If you are having trouble logging in to Hailo, try the following:
- Switch your phone off, back on and try logging in again.
- Check you have entered the correct email address (the one you registered with) and password.
- Check you’re not logged in to another device (like an old phone or iPad). If you are logged into another device and cannot log out for any reason, contact the Driver Office and one of the team can help.
If after trying all these you still can’t log in, contact the Hailo Driver Team and we will help you get it sorted.
